3D Commercial are searching for Site Managers to deliver projects across the health, education and government sectors.

Our client is a national multi-award winning fitout & refurbishment builder, delivering the majority of Melbourne's key projects up to $30M. Over the years, they have built a reputation for excellence within the Government, Education & Complex Medical Fitout space. With an array of high profile projects on their capability statement, they are now well set to impress the construction industry once again with multiple successful tenders and quite possibly, more awards to be won! Due to a number of new projects awarded, they're looking for multiple experienced Site Managers to enjoy their team.

The Role
As a Site Manager, you will be required to conduct all usual Site duties including;
- Scheduling Trades
- Writing up project schedule / program
- Conducting Site Meetings - Toolbox Talks, OHS issues etc.
- Overall Site Safety and OHS&E
- Liaising with stakeholders - Sub Contractors, Office Team & Neighboring Tenants
- Advising on any design issues as the build progresses
Ideally you will have;
- A trade and/or tertiary qualification in Building & Construction.
- You will have delivered several Commercial Projects from start to finish.
- Projects worked on will include office fitouts, atrium & foyer upgrades, live environments, health, education, and heavy services within.
- Use of Aconex Field, Hammertech software will be advantageous, but not essential.
- A minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in a Site Manager role will be needed to succeed.
