3D Commercial have partnered with a reputable, established Commercial Builder who specialise in Commercial New Build & Industrial projects across Melbourne. Due to successfully winning more projects, they are looking to bring on a Health and Safety Officer to work on projects in the North & Eastern Suburbs.
  
Your new role
  • Ensure site safety requirements are met with accordance with company procedures
  • Conduct site Inductions
  • Manage Plant & Machinery entering sites
  • Lead the resolution of all OHS related issues onsite
  • SWMS preparation and management
  • Do regualr site walks and inspections to maintain a safe workplace 
  • Manage all OHS documentation via HammerTech
  • Carry out all safety related labouring tasks including installation of guardrails, no go zones, capping of starter bars etc.
About you
  • Minimum Certificate 4 in OHS
  • Have worked on construction sites in Australia in an OHS capacity
  • Preferably experience in using HammerTech
  • Experience working on Commercial builds as a Health & Safety Representative in Australia
  • Understanding of OH&S Act and OH&S regulations in Victoria and Australia
  • Awareness of codes of practice and guidance
